At IIoTZone.com, we aim to deliver your orders swiftly and efficiently, right from the moment they are placed. With a wide range of products held in stock for immediate dispatch, we can have your order with you within a matter of days. However, for items requiring delivery from manufacturers, estimated lead times are advised upon order placement.

Orders placed before 15:00 pm GMT will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, they will be sent the following working day.

Should you require express shipping or have special delivery requirements, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. For urgent deliveries or mission-critical applications, our sales team can provide a more accurate lead time.

Geographical Limitations

In cases where our chosen couriers do not cover your designated delivery area, you will need to arrange an alternative courier.

IIoTzone.com cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses arising from such arrangements. Please be advised that we are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Tracking

The majority of parcels dispatched by IIoTZone.com are tracked and require signatures upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to the email address used when placing your order.

It is essential to ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. IIoTZOne.com bears no responsibility for failed delivery attempts and subsequent delays.

Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties levied in their respective countries. IIoTZone.com will not be liable for any delays resulting from the non-payment of duties.

Delivery Issues

As per our company policy, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order if:

  • You have received the wrong product
  • The goods have been damaged in transit (when using our chosen couriers)
  • There are any other discrepancies with your order

Returns Policy

For items which are faulty, defective or failing, then please visit our dedicated page where we can guide you through our RMA process.

For items which are being returned due to project changes, surplus to requirement, incorrectly ordered etc, please contact one of our team who will be able to assist you. Please be aware that returning items will incur a 35% restocking fee and shipping will need to be covered by the customer. IIoTZone.com have zero liability for any returned goods being damaged in transit.
